what is stuck just the SAT BOX? then reset it.
The manual came with it in the cardboard box new. lost that.
All devices like this have reset, for sure this box.
ARM processor and Linux inside and for sure can be reset.
I would turn the gas on and spray soapy water at the fittings if bubbles appear that is where your leak is. if it is leaking in the lines. turn gas off un screw fittings and wrap them with teflon or what some call plumbers tape they are both the same thing and very inexpensive. if it is at the valve on the tank I would get a different tank

My experience shows me the old steam engine problems.
No gastight connections where they should be.
So not the specified Kilowatts output.
Think of the old fashioned flanges witht the artificial (synthetic) rubber gasket between them. And the flangebolts which held them together, all with the same torque momentum in kilopounds/meter.
Check with good quality leak detection foam and/or use your imagination.
