U can try unplugging and resetting the set. If that does not do it, then the tuner section of set is fubar.

How do I get back my lost channels? I tried auto tune but still no luck.

Do a factory reset to this set, and then re-tune it. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. I can't get the please run channel auto scan off my tv. I did it & still nothing

Sounds like the main system control memory IC to your TV is faulty. Just try a hard reset to this set, before change the IC. After the reset has been done, run an auto channel pre-set and see whether the set mesmerized all the channels it has been tuned in. If not, replace the IC, and re-tune it.

Hi, We have a Panasonic Viera Plasma TV. The TV was on when all of a sudden we heard a few clicking noises and then the picture was lost and a 'no signal' message was displayed. We tried other channels...

It sounds like you have taken the steps to isolate the problem to the TV. it seems to be a bad tuner on the Main board. The no signal displayed indicates the TV is otherwise okay. If you have a DVD player or other source you can connect, and you get a picture, then your TV has a bad tuner for sure.

No channel is storing in auto mode

Hello
I don't know the Brand and Model of your TV. Yet considering it as a common fault for all TVs and posts this solution.
Your TVs memory IC has damaged. Every TV, which has auto tuning function will have this IC in it, to whcih tuned programmes details are stored as digital signals. It is a very small IC, of 8 terminals can be located very near to the system contro IC inside your tVs citcuit board. Locate this IC and resolder it out, note its number and go for a b\new one. They are easly available, and not costs too much. Replacing it will solve your problem. OK.
