Krups has one manual for the FBC2, FBC3 and FBC4 models. Start here: http://www.krups.com/Consumer+Services/Product+Support/Manuals/Use+Intructions.htm and use the drop-down menu on the left to select Toaster Ovens. Then select the FBC2. I have a fbc2 krups convection oven and the handle is broken. is there a replacement for this?
Molly, there appears to be some replacement parts available:

My Krups FBC 1 toaster oven has a broken spring for the glass door.
Most of the time a hardware store will have a variety of springs or try home depot.
That's if you only don't want to wait for a manufactors spring.

Setting clock on krups toaster oven
When the oven is first plugged in "12:00" appears on the display.
• Press the "Timer" button twice. The display will begin to blink "12:00".
• Adjust the time in steps of one minute by pressing the "+" or "-"
buttons.
• If you hold the button pressed down for more than 6 seconds, the
time will change quicker.
• Press the "Timer" button to enter the time in the system.
If you do not press the "Timer" button, the time will be
entered automatically after 30 seconds.

Convection Toaster Oven won't turn off
you have a relay failure . its real common on all digital ovens in general after looking up yours , there are no inside parts made for this oven . this is another problem with all "made in china " appliances THERES JUST NO PARTS! anywhere ! see what your warranty will do , if thats no good, some krups appliances can be sent back for "repair " its not realy repaired just replaced at a reduced cost . i wish you luck .........Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department . Quartz heating elements problem in Krups toaster oven
you can touch the element but be carefull the glass is thin .... so scrape it and do what you can . THEN USE A COTTON BALL AND ALCOHOL and clean the element that will get rid of the oil you left behind ,you will be fine ......Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department . Black and decker toaster oven keeps shutting off I have a Black & Decker toaster oven. Sometimes, when I set it to toast it acts like it is going to start for a second or two, then, it shuts down. If I move the toast level up or down, it will toast fine. The problem seems random. Sometimes it will toast fine on the first try. Other times, it will take 2-3 tries before it will start toasting.
