How do you turn the ring volume up on an Alcatel one touch mobile phone

The A3 has Do Not Disturb, but the Flip doesn't. Your phone is very basic. Here is the manual

So not ringing is likely caused by turning the volume down to off.

1. To turn the volume up, press the Volume up button.
2. To turn the volume down, press the Volume down button.

Do you have the ringer volume turned all the way down which is to say you hear no ring, check that first, if the ringer volume is turned up then the phone is defective and needs to be repaired or replaced depending on cost.

There are ways to do it yourself, but they can get complicated. To do it that way search Google: unlock T-Mobile Alcatel one touch 4g. Another way is to go to ebay and have someone do it for you, here are several, see link below. The rocker volume is on the side of the phone. Up or down controls the volume.

Have you accidentally turned all sounds off? I'm guessing Volume was turned off somehow.
1) Turn the phone off. 2) Restart phone. Don't touch volume controls yet. 3) go to 'Settings' and find 'Sounds'. Touch 'Sounds'. 4) go to 'Volume' and set every one to the maximum. 5) Call a friend and ask him/her to call/text/message and everything else. Does it work?
If that doesn't fix it, go to the last App or Widget you downloaded to your phone before the problem began and uninstall it. You can always re-install it. Sometimes Apps or Widgets mess with Sound and other settings in our wonderful mobile/cell phones.
If that doesn't fix it, you can always try any retail cell phone store and just ask. Most of them, when they aren't really busy, like to solve problems. They do it all day long.
