The picture in my tv doesn't come out but he audio
The picture in my tv doesn't come out but the audio is great. A horizontal line will come out with occasional peaking of the picture. Sometimes the picture comes on fully after awhile, sometimes it doesn't. Is it just a picture tube problem? When the picture comes out, it's still great.

Horizontal line fault to CRT based TVs are given.
Due to vertical section failure horizontal line apprears. You did not mention about picture. Green horizontal line means with picture or without picture. With picture means there is some leakage. Without picture only singe horizontal line means vertical section totally not working. Particularly green horizontal line means maybe leads to jungle ic failure. Please mention your simptom clearly what you get and what you will not get both video and audio. It will be helpful to answer. Based on your question this is my small information.
