if its a motorola try 000000

type ##3282# then scoll down to advanced then click view then click lock code and it will display the 4 digit code

try doing a master reset.. the code is 000000 unless you changed it..otherwise youll have to flash your phone to get ride of it..

well try calling *228 from ur phone cause when i did that to update my phone it reset my lock code back to the last 4 digits of my mobile number.
