Sony DPP-FP60 end of ink cartridge message but I don't think it is. Cannot remove cartridge

my digital photo printer dpp-fp60 shows only white screen. HELP!

I have the same problem...help anyone?

Call Sony they have printer paper and two rolls of printer cartridge for about $55.00 plus shipping

The Sony Support site does not list a driver for either Vista or Windows 7 (neither 32 bit nor 64 bit). If you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate, you can install the XP mode and load the driver for this printer on to that virtual machine.

They are thinking the cartridges are dirty or the heads. I am thinking it is a setting for the printer or an actual glitch in the printing program. If you have successfully printed on this printer before, then very carefully go through the settings, looking for print margins settings specifically. This sounds simple but you might want to make sure your paper trays are adjusted correctly.

Export your photo from iphoto to a usb stick. Then stick that into the printer´s usb port. Use the menu of the printer to make any last corrections (size, brightness, borders etc). Works with both RAW and JPEG. Good luck. /Anders
