The microSD for use with the Meep can be loaded with games, movies, and music files. There is no way to move games and apps to or from the Meep by use of the SD card.
There are two things to try for this issue. The first is to reboot the Meep using the power switch. The other is to press in the reset button on the backside of the tablet. If neither of these helps, then you'll want to contact the OSI call center.
OSI does not repair power buttons and opening your Meep tablet will void any remaining warranty. Having said that, some people have reported that they've opened their Meep and fixed the switch themselves. You might try a Google or YouTube search for their advice.
Have you ensured the download of the games has completed downloading, it can take awhile, check the icons in the tablet, check, if the download was interupted or stopped or your device was turned off, try downloading again, go to the app just prior before purchase, it should say a status like (downloading or in progress) if there is definately no processing or installing talking place at all, try turning off the device completely and see if it configures , i will answer and help you through this , i will reply promptly, but first what tablet do you have? model or version number.
The only way this can happen is if you mean you used your own Gmail for Google Play on the Meep. The parent account will not send email to the tablet, but we have seen this happen through Google Play. This is why we suggest you create a new Gmail for the Meep. You can change the email you use right in Google Play.
