The "fuser" should heat-up to its operating temperature to "melt" the dry toner-ink onto the paper.
If it is not heating up, then each page you print and brush with your fingers will remove the toner.

So, replace the fuser, or get it professionally replaced.

How to change fuser kit

Remove the covers and the fuser unit is located in rear area.Remove the connectors and the screws and dissassambly the fuser unit in two parts.

My samsung ml-1610 printer always getting paper jam on print job. Is this problem related to fuser or something else? please help me...

There are a series of rollers which are made of rubber in the unit. When these rollers become dry or covered with dust (usually from cheap paper) they arent able to pick up paper correctly any longer.

Think of it as though you are trying to turn a page, and you have to lick your finger to do so.

Its the same concept. When your printer grabs the paper, it cannot hold it while it is rolling it through the printer.

There are kits available through your manufacturer or a local print shop which can clean your printer and help to restore it to its working order.

This could be the issue with the optics inside the printer. It is recommended that you send it back for repair/ replacement as fixing the optics and their correct alignment is sometime very tricky even for professionals.

Was working fine and then the following message appeared with an orange light "Engine Fuser Low Heat Error"

Disassemble fuser and inspect thermistor, thermostat and heat lamp. Replace broken part.

You need to replace the fuser in the printer, the part number is JC96-03406A You can do a google search for the best price.
