Fill and tamp a portafilter, ready. Press and hold 'stop' pad until machine beeps. Tap the pad you want to program. Lock in the portafilter. Press and hold the pad until you get the volume required. Press 'stop' to exit programming, the machine will stop beeping.
It can be many things. If I understand machine start working (pouring water) itself, otherwise not working. Probably your touch pads is bad, must be replaced. If I now more about problem mighty I can help more.
