It's a "drainage system trouble" code.
The compressor run light flashes in 10 flash increments.
You should be able to check whether condensate is draining from the unit.
If not draining, that's your problem.
try to drain the water from the unit it should have drain holes in the back of unit on the bottom make sure they are cleaned out where they can drain the condensate water out of the unit
As you have probably discovered, Haier for whatever reason, doesn't list any of the Error Codes in your Owner's Manual. To find out what "EO" means and the solution for it, you must contact Haier Customer Support 1-877-337-3639.

What do you do when EO shows up on your treadmill. We have tried to put the safety switch back and also replug the treadmill into AC power directly as suggested in the manual but it hasnt solved the problem.
Does the unit have an energy saver or timer feature? It should be on the top front panel of your unit. If so, read and follow the directions in your manual. If you still have problems, contact Haier at their toll free Customer Service helpline.
One thing you can try is to hold down on the power button and plug the unit in. Hopefully you will hear a "beep". Then you need to unplug it for a minute and plug it back in.
This is a known procedure to clear error codes from the control computer on units similar to yours, so it might possibly work.
