Format or when hooked up to the computer just scan for viruses then delete them

one of the possible reason of having a virus is when the memory card removed and transfer it to another. I suggested you to upload an anti-virus for your PSP. thanks.

    Virus

    i reccomend USB disk security probabaly your virus is the spyware that autorun the psp... try reformatting your memory card but it will still have the virus so use the disk security to cure the virus.

    My psp has a virus

    update the firmware on your sony psp and this will get rid of the virus. Go to this website and it will have the latest version and then it will explain how to update the psp firmware by connecting it to your PC thru your usb cable.

    Cant transfer files

    You might have virus protection installed on your PC, and it'll block your memory stick of psp when your MS infected by virus/trojan.. You may access your ms using card-reader or consider to re-format your MS within PSP to refresh partition..
