Hi deppgirl,
I checked the lint filter at the front bottom left hand side and it was full of junk. Once emptied it worked a treat. Pull the flap down and turn the large knob anti-clockwise and pull to remove. Good luck.

Hi,
I had same problem, the bowl is supported by (2) large springs from the top & two telescoping shock absorbers underneath.
I inverted the machine, found a large hollow retaining plastic bolt had falled out of the shock absorber, causing the bowl to be out of balance & the drive belt to be missaligned.
I reinstated the plastic retaining pin/bolt then tried the machine again.
Now the damn thing refuses to wash or spin.
I'm not happy.

IE:
• Water supply is not adequate in
area.
• Water supply taps are not
completely open.
• Water inlet hose is bent.
• The filter of the inlet hose clogged.
Solution:
Check another tap in the house.
Fully open tap.
Straighten hose.
Check the filter of the inlet hose.
UE:
• Load is too small.
• Load is out of balance.
• The appliance has an imbalance
detection and correction system. If
individual heavy articles are loaded
(bath mat, bath robe, etc.) and the
imbalance is too great, after several
attempts to restart the spin cycle the
machine will stop and the error code
will be displayed.
Solution:
Add 1 or 2 similar items to help
balance the load.
Rearrange load to allow proper
spinning.

Washing machine stops at the spin cycle - light flashes. Have to drain water out manually. Happened last week and was then able to run an empty rinse cycle. Machine worked normally for another week. Same problem today but have had to drain water manually from the drum after trying an empty 90 wash and rinse cycle (both stopped on the Spin and flashed). Any ideas? Thanks. x
