I refilled the ink at Cartridge World and all the colors worked except MAGENTA. No matter what I do, it won't register. What am I supposed to do. How do I reset the chip?
Message reads, "The following ink tank cannot be recognized."
How am I supposed to resolve this?
After removing and reinserting ink tank the message changes to "more than one ink tank installed."
I remove and reinsert ink tank and the problem appears to clear up for one or two print jobs but then starts again.

Yeah POX on me for trying to help you out for free..........There is free software at the bottom of the page you have to agree to the terms of use! I downloaded the software for you to make sure it works....It does.in the software under unsupported printers is an option to reset the chip to accept a refill. So after all help was here for you but if you werent so cheap and just bought an original cartridge you wouldnt need other people to help solve your self created problem.GO BUY A NEW INK CARTRIDGE.THAT WOULD FIX YOUR PROBLEM.

The English version of the site only referenced Epson printers. At the bottom of the page there is NO free software listed. No mention of CHIP or reprograming.
A complete waster of time plus more depression. A pox on you!
NOT USEFUL!
