We used to get lots of these messages on our DC240 & were told it was a room temperature issue. The following worls
10-320 error
DC 240 error, Caused by fuser being too cold
1) Press & hold "0" for over 10 seconds
2) Whilst keeping hold of "0", press START
3) Password is 6789, Confirm
4) Press key shaped key on keypad
5) System Settings
6) Common Settings
7) Main/Diagnostics
8) NVM Read Write
9) 744 350 Confirm/Change
10) Enter "0" into New Value, Save
11) Close, Exit, Close
12) Reboot
The new Windows operating software and some other Windows OS may not work with older devices. Call Xerox for a driver compatible with the Windows you are using.
Go to the Xerox web site and look for the driver for your printer that will work with the Windows you are using.Some older devices may not work with all the Windows OS
