Building their first recreational trailers in 1983, Bonair offered a wide range of small to medium-sized products. Bonair concluded production of recreational vehicles after the 1999 model year.
It will be difficult to find manuals for legacy RVs. Try an online enthusiast forum.

SOURCE: on my 1994 plymouth voyager the 3 wire harness to fuel pump (blue wire) doesn't have 12 volts; should it? fuel pump quit then worked once when hot-wired with 12 volts. fuse and relay is good.

The wire should not be hot until the relay is triggered. The relay does not get triggered until the ignition key is turned on. It will run for 3-5 seconds or until the system pressure it at max.

Tail lights and brake lights are on the same wire.
Connect the wire from the brake light to the connector in the car to the tail lamp wire connector and you will be set to roll

SOURCE: wiring diagram for a 1978 dodge 440 engine in a Cobra class A motor home

I am sorry but we do not have any wiring diagrams. You can buy the factory chassis diagrams but not mnot what was added by the motor home builder. If you know what chassis the unit was guilt on you can look up a used manual here.

SOURCE: Wiring harness problem

I have the same problem, left trailer light comes on, stays on until I touch any door handle. It appears that the interior courtacy lights coming on, put the tail light out. There seems to be a relationship between the courtacy lights and the activation of this tail light. I tried a different trailer and had the same problem with either trailer.

Rockwood trailer tent 1640LTD. Why does our battery has to be charged very often.

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to RVs.

It shouldn't do unless the controlling software is faulty. There should be a diode that only lets electricity flow from the solar panel to the battery in sunlight, but shouldn't allow electricity to flow back to the solar panel at night.

Batteries should last 4 to 6 years if they are looked after, and during the winter months, they should be on a battery minder to keep them trickle charged.

Any electrical items in the trailer tent like fridges, microwaves, televisions, heaters, AC etc, may be drawing some power when not in use either by design (standby) or by error (parasitic draw).

2006 Prowler Camper Electrical Issue

I tidied up the question a bit :>)

You have a regulator / control box issue. You have two systems;

You have a towable trailer. A vehicle battery in it that gets charged as you drive from a cable in the plug. When you stop that battery ceases to charge. No power in. If you use lights or use an inverter to take the 12 volts and turn it into 110 volts to run appliances, the battery is draining until it becomes flat.

So,..... we bring mains power hook up into the equation.

The mains power should run all your mains 110 volt appliances and provide a trickle charge to keep that battery topped up, but the battery is NOT actually being used, just being charged.

So that is the theory, somewhere you have a piece in the jigsaw puzzle that isn't working. You have a controller box that isn't doing what it is supposed to do. I don't know the trailer, you probably need a dealer that does. Fleetwood went bankrupt in 2009.

If you Google

fleetwood prowler electrical schematic diagram

There are wiring diagrams. I see a battery disconnect solenoid, but all of the dot .it Italian and .fr French sites as scam sites. There are also RV Groups that might be more help than me.

This might help

https://axleaddict.com/rvs/RV-Electrical-Tips-and-Reference-Data

Hope the information helps. A short term solution would be a full size batter charger charging your battery overnight after disconnecting it from the negative lead so just the battery is being topped up. You don't need an inverter if you have mains hook up.

Lost 120 volts on coachmen Somerset dreamcatcher 32.5 while hooked up to power pole. still have 12 volts.all converter fuses and power panel circuit breakers good. Power from pole is good.

First, I'm not a Coachmen RV Tech. (but most DC to AC inverters are not brand specific.)
* Check inverter fuse (on actual inverter frame). Replace.
* Check DC voltage at inverter. Should be 12 (or 24 VDC) depending on your system battery supply and inverter.
* Check the DC cable connections; crusty, dirty? Cut all power. Remove and clean terminals. Re-connect and check.
* DC okay? Check 110 VAC power at output of inverter. No power? Replace inverter. (possible power spike damaged it or it over heated)
* 110 VAC okay? Check the power panel breakers. If stuck in middle then turn all the way off to reset and turn all the way back on to activate. Check AC power at outlet(s)
* Still no power (at outlet)? Check all outlets. If some still works then there is a problem with the power (wires) distribution. You will need an electrician to trace the wires back to the break in circuit.
* Be safe. check your warranty and call for service.
* Note; your inverter may be on a separate warranty.

My S&S camper is generator prewired white, brown, yellow, green wires, my Onan 2500 LP has Blue, Red, Brown, Green, Orange, what do I connect what to???

White Brown green and yellow are normally The 12 volt vehicle lighting colors, not 110 volt power. Generators do not have FIVE wires for the power wires out of your generator. Is this the remote control circuit? If so, I dont have a clue!
