I lost the picture on my Vizio TV, so I replaced the T-con board. Before I put the back cover on the TV I tried it and it worked, but then once I put the back on and hooked it all back up, it didn't work. I've got sounds, just no picture.

The led back lights are controlled by inverter boards and sometimes included in the power supply, depending upon model. With the cover off and power turned on look a the small holes in the metal housing holding the lcd panel. If the back
lights are working, you should see white lights inside the round holes. If you don't see any lights, then you have a bad inverter board or a power supply with the inverter section bad.
Just for the record there aren't inverter boards in LED TVs only on LCD sets, on a LED TV the power for the lamps in most cases comes from the power supply board but some sets, mainly Vizio uses a separate power board for the DC voltage.
