For black and white??? or a color????? Means you might have something blocking the LASER for that color. print out a test chart for each color which one has the white line?

Open the top cover. Remove the drum (part with long green handle). Below the drum you will see a strip of glass about 4-5 inches long. Take a cloth and wipe across the glass.
This will normally clear up any white lines in your print.

Check the fusing unit for correct installation
(whether it is secured in position).
Check the open/close operation of the
upper right door.
Check the fusing unit, IHPU, PRCB and
REDB for proper connection and correct or
change as necessary.
If that check still give you error code 3921

power machine off from main switch sould be on the side or open the front door it;s on bottom left side.hold down the utility botton while powering on keep holdin untel prompted with message ...TROUBLE RESET press it should say ok than powr machine off wait 20sec power back on

You can change the 2300's menu setting to ignore empty toner cartridges and keep printing. There are 2 steps:
Step 1:
Press Menu/Select, then "right arrow" until you see ENGINE. Press Menu/Select again and then "right arrow" until you see TONER EMPTY. Press Menu/Select and you'll see STOP. Press "right arrow" once to change to CONTINUE. Press Menu/Select.
Step 2:
Press "right arrow" until you see AUTO CONTINUE. If set to ON, press the "Cancel" button and you're ready to print. If set to OFF, press Menu/Select, then right arrow to change to ON, then Menu/Select to enter. It will say "ON IS SELECTED." Then press the "Cancel" button and you're ready to print.
