Hi, Try this take the fan blade off and then put the belt on and then put the fan back on. Good luck.

my 95 was a pain in the @ss as well.... i unbolted the arm from under the hood, put a frest coat of flat black spraypaint..... then reinstalled the blades with the new wiper....much easier,cleaner, and might as well paint the rear one too..... or do what i did and leave it off...

If they are riveted then replace the disc....if bolted simply unbolt.

There's a cap that slips onto the spindle before you put the anchoring nut on. Make sure it's there but the thing that makes blades wobble alot of times is the other one that's on the backside of the blade. They fall out, unnoticed, and since some folks don't know about the one on the inside of the blade they never realize it's not there. Just a thought.

Does the sound get louder as you drive, does it start to sound like a moaning or loud wind noise? If it does the most common problem is a bad bearing that the rotor bolts to and the axle slides through.

To replace the water pump, you will need to remove all the drive belts. Then there are 2 black covers on the front timing cover. One cover is for the chain tensioner, the other is for access to the water pump. I would recommend you replace the tensioner the same time you do the water pump. The reason is, you need to remove that tensioner so the chain has slack. When the chain has slack, you can then unbolt and pull the water pump out. It could get stuck, so there are bolts that you need that you would use to run in to pop the pump free.

The MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor COULD be the culpret but first I would check the choke for proper operation.
