Assuming you mean your home sectional door, not roller door. A roller door is what commercial companies use on docks or storage buildings. Also assuming you mean that your motor unit (the opener) won't close it, not that you can't pull it down manually. With all of those assumptions, I would say either your sensors are misaligned or blocked, or your force needs adjusting, or your springs need adjusting. If you give more details on your questions, you are likely to get more specific responses.

Your answer is in the last line, unless you have those lights, the opener assumes something is in the way. Make sure you have the green one pointing in the direction of the local sunsets as this is also a problem certain days of the year.

Try reprograming the opener to each remote, if this doesn't work then the command/radio module in the opener is damaged and needs to be replaced. Hopefully you can find one or you will have to replace the whole garage door opener. Good luck.

Something could be blocking the electric eye.they are down at ground level on both sides of the door

Garage door work like a wedge. As it goes down the door get closer to the jam. So if you moove the weather stips closer to the door that probebly solve your problem. Do that whith the door complitely close.

Lift-Master 2000SDR opener. Opener generally works fine from the remotes. However, first time in the morning in cooler weather, it will start to close and the reverse and the lights blink. I have checked the senors - appear to be aligned properly. I have lubed the gear and used garage door spray on the rollers and hinges at the proper places. To close the door when this happens, I have to hold the wall button.

check the safety photocells is theres not obstacle between then, check both photecells leds are on.. otherwise no need to replace them

IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE ROLLER ON THE DOOR - THE TRACK IS TOO WIDE ALLOWING THE ROLLER TO COME OUT. USE THE CLAW END OF A HAMMER TAP THE TRACK MOUNTING BRACKET AT THE WALL TO MOVE THE TRACK IN CLOSER TO THE EDGE OF THE DOOR
