2007 honda crv steering is slightly sticky when driving normally i.e in a straight line, so when going straight it is sticky/stiff when making minor adjustments to the steering wheel.

if the noise only occurs at full lock then it is the pump clutch slipping which is normal.sounds awful but okay.

My 2009 Honda CRV just started vibrating this morning driving to work on the highway. Is there a problem?

Something is causing the vibrating, which is not normal. Need more info-at what speed does it occur, vibrating in steering wheel, or ? What type of climate where you are (driving through something that sticks to the tires can cause vibrating, like road tar). Has anyone else driven the car recently? Could they (or anyone)have hit a large pot hole, curb, minor accident? All these scenarios could cause what you describe. If something was hit as listed, you would need to have the wheel alignment checked, and also suspension components for any damage.

Steering problem

Your power steering engine/ pully has gone bad. needs a replacement then.

Take care and do fix it on time before you get the steering rack damaged.

Good luck.
