Internet banking is being managed by your bank, Capitec I presume in this case. Look online for customer support and place a call. Probably you will need to come to an office of the bank to identify that it is really you who is owner of your bank account. After that you will be send a new login.

FIXYA unpaid volunteers do not work for the Capitec bank. The web page for Capitec banks has answers to many questions about their app, so you should click on the link and find support.
