Question about Home
I replaced my old batteries in clock and outdoor sensor. Since doing this my clock will not display the outdoor temperature. I tested the batteries and they are fully charged. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
Check the outdoor sensor to make sure the batteries are installed correctly. If they are and it is not working, check for corrosion or bent contacts in it. Clean them or adjust them as needed. If they look ok the outside unit may need to be re-synched with the inside one, or it may just have gone bad.

Double check the batteries to make sure they are installed correctly. If one of the batteries in the outdoor sending unit is in backwards, it will not send the outdoor data. On the indoor unit, there is typically one battery that is used for receiving the signal from the outdoor unit. If all of the batteries are in correctly but that one, you will see the display and the indoor temperature information, but the outdoor information will not be displayed.
