My Juki HZL F300 bobbin case is making a terrible noise. It sounds like the bobbin is going to spin right out of it. This noise is SO loud! Do I need to oil anything? It is not even a year old.

Try installing a brand new needle. Sometimes a bent or dull needle will cause lots of racket.

You should consult your owner's manual for maintenance--cleaning and oiling instructions. Most sewing machines do require oil--some more frequently than others. Most machines also need frequent oiling in the bobbin/hook area. Be sure to use only good quality sewing machine oil for your machine--NO 3-in-1, WD-40, cooking oil, or old brown stinky oil.

If it continues to make the noise, you should probably have it serviced. Since it is less than a year old, it might still be covered under warranty, so don't delay.

I am trying to give a high score, but it's only letting me give a one. I want to say thank you so very much! The new needle only helped for a short time so I'm off to buy sewing machine oil! Hoping that helps! Again, thank you!!

If the oil on the bobbin hook doesn't help, take it for warranty right away. Don't let the warranty expire without getting it checked out!

Thank you R. A. Ellis! I'll be oiling it today, but since it's under warranty I have no idea where to take it for service.

Most likely a Juki shop. Or contact Juki manufacturer support.

Check bobbin size, maybe have you accidently put in a smaller bobbin? Different machines have different size bobbins.

I have a Juki HZL-F Series and the thread keeps getting cought on the bobbin case when I sew and it makes a loud clanking noise i've replaced the needle and cleaned my machine also.

If the thread keeps getting caught on the bobbin case and making a loud clanking noise, it's possible that the bobbin case is not properly installed or is damaged. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
  1. Check that the bobbin case is properly installed in the machine. The bobbin case should be securely snapped into place, and there should be no wobbling or movement when you gently tug on it.
  2. Inspect the bobbin case for damage. Look for any cracks, chips, or burrs that could be catching the thread. If you find any damage, replace the bobbin case.
  3. Check the tension on the bobbin case. The bobbin tension should be adjusted so that the thread pulls evenly and smoothly from the bobbin. If the tension is too loose, the thread can bunch up and get caught in the case.
  4. Make sure the thread is properly threaded through the machine. Check that the thread is not caught or looped around any of the machine's components.
  5. Try using a different type of thread. Some threads are more prone to breaking or getting caught in the machine than others.
If you've tried these steps and are still having trouble, it may be time to take your machine to a professional for servicing

My Juki HZL-F300 is making a clicking noise in the hand crank area, is this normal for this model? It's brand new.

Sewing machines can make clicking noises, but as yours is new, I would take it to the seller and ask them to check it.

My Juki Exceed HZL F400 works ok but the bobbin makes a loud spinning noise. I changed needles, cleaned but no change. I think oil, but no mention of oiling the machine in the manual, help please.

You are correct. There is no mention of oil in the manual. Just make sure that you thoroughly clean as instructed. You might try changing the bobbin to see if that makes a difference. The current bobbin could be bent or damaged. If the noise continues, take it for service. Something could be out of alignment.
