turn the machine off at the mains, after two minutes the door should release from the auto lock, but your pcb (printed circuit board) is knackered start saving.
SOURCE: Door locked
After trying all the above, making sure that as much of the water has been removed as possible, you can always use the manual door release. This is located behind the soap powder tray.
Push to open as you would normally when adding more soap powder, pull the tray out as far as you can.
Press down on the yellow portion in the tray and this should enable you to then pull the soap tray completely out.
Once out you should see what looks like a small grey plastic circle with a rectangular hole (ideal for a screwdriver) turn this and your door should open.

normally, front loading machines have this bypass cables in case this things happens, if there is a small opening at the front to acces the drain filter, open it up then look for a small plastic pc with a ring at the end. this is the pull release cable of the door lock. pull it downwards and the door will be released.
if you do not have the small opening to access the drain filter, you can tilt the machine to its back, ( be carefull, its very heavy) then reach for the plastic ring underneath to pull to release the door lock.
tnx 4 using fixya..
