What would cause the tv picture to Flicker even after I put in a new inverter and T-con boards

The cables could either be loose or need to be replaced for your TV or the connection ports are broken. The LED lights or the T conn board could be causing the TV screen to flicker.

try changing picture size

it really depends on were the flicker is, if its the backlight or the screen, flicker can mean them both, t-con board only controls the screen out put on lcds, but on plasmas it works with the back light inverters. if the screen is white and not flickering while looking at the back of the screen on an lcd then it could be the t-con board failing it could also be a bad connection to the board from the wires. the plug were the main board connects to the t-con board if you have the back off and wiggle the cable and see if it stops the flicker.

There are several possibilities here.

The most likely suspects are the T-CON board, one of the two backlight inverters and the display itself.

Of those only the last one is usually not curable.

On the other hand, if you have vertical shadows and some flickering that's probably NOT going to be a backlight inverter.

Flickering would be caused by either the T-CON or the panel.

Since a bad panel is mostly NOT curable you may want to check the price of a replacement T-CON and decide if it is worth taking a shot with one before you displace the TV.

Again, the thing to start with is the model.

Ok t-con board is connected to main board which is giving signal and logic supply.. If the main board failed or giving a over voltage to the t-con it possibly your T-con gone out (new) again.

To isolate the problem try to replace the main board.

Its your AV board, this causes flicker if faulty.
The tcon seems to be ok and inverter if they were at fault it would be constant not intermittent.

Its Your lcd control board or inverter boards causing this problem. Either board(s) need to be replaced, if the LCD control board developes a fault condition it will cause the inverters to strobe which in turn causes the backlight lamps to flicker .... if the dc-to-dc converters on the inverter board or series resistors open up this will also cause the same affect.....
