I am trying to transfer my stuff from my dead brightside to another phone.....does it even have a sim card? if so where the heck do i find it?

dear it happen when mostly connection of sim module is cut of check the connection.

on the A707 you can go to address book, right soft key is options, copy, copy to sim, multiple, click all, press ok. Thats the way the transfer from phone to sim.

if you are transfering from another phone to the a707, let me know, can tell you that too....

continue processing& not transfer sim to phone
open the phone battary and insert again in phone . than job can be done

This is normally caused by a malfunctioned sim card. Go to your carrier and get a replacement and it should fix your problem.
