Where can I download a Users Manual

Unable to open on HP website and download a copy. Manual offered on the site opens but does not appear on the screen.

With that out of the way, I was able to download a driver without issue. I believe that your firewall may be blocking it. Try disabling it long enough to download it.

As per the HP website, the manual for your laptop (Model CQ70-120US) is located here. Clicking this link will open the guide in your browser. If you need to save a copy of the manual, you can either right click the link and select "Save link as" or you can click the floppy disk icon of the embedded reader after the manual has loaded in your browser. You can download the required installation drivers and software from manufacturer's site by clicking this link

On the page which opens, select the operating system (Windows XP/Vista,etc..) of your computer and download the appropriate drivers and software from the next page which opens.

You can download the manual from the manufacturer's website by clicking this link

No i only want a users manual to learn to copy photos etc
The manual for your dvd won't tell you how to copy or create CDs/DVDs, etc. Your software does that. If you don't already have it, download and install a good copy software and read the manual for it, I use Nero v9 for my copying, creating, etc. It does DVDs and CDs.
