Our HP Color Laser Jet Printer keeps saying 50.2

Our HP Color Laser Jet Printer keeps saying 50.2 fusion error, turn off printer and turn on again. We have done this and no good

I had a similar problem. make sure the fuser is the same voltage as the printer. 110v printer needs a 110v fuser. easy way to tell. White barcode sticker it is a 110v. Red or Pink then it is a 220v.

Here is your problem.
50.X FUSER ERROR
50.2 error - Fuser Failure (Abnormal Warmup).
Perform the following steps:
1. The connector between the fuser and the
printer is not connected properly. Reseat
the fuser. Check the connector J5013
between the fuser and the printer. Replace
it if damaged.
2. Break in the main thermistor. Turn the
printer off and remove the fuser. Measure
the resistance between the fuser
connectors J5013LA-2 (MAINTH) and
J5013LA-1 (GND). If it is not within the rage
of 330k ohms to 50k ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser.
3. Break in the fuser heater. Measure the
resistance between the fuser connectors
J5013L-2 (FSRH) and J5013L-1 (FSRN)
with the fuser removed. If it is not within the
rage of 12 ohms to 52 ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser film unit.
4. Faulty DC controller. PCB Replace the
DC controller PCB
you will have to get an HP certified technician to replace the fuser assembly.

I can not get the HP Color Laser Jet 3550 printer drivers to install. I keep getting the error The configuration registry is invalid.

I am getting Error 40..turn off and turn on error again and again from HP 2605 Color laser jet printer. Plz help.

Something happened to the communication between the printer and the host.
If the printer is connected to the network, make sure that the green light is lit where the network cable plugs into the printer.

If you are using USB, try a different port.
The book says to hit the GO button to get started again.

Turn the unit off for at least 30 seconds before power it back on.
If you have the unit on a surge protector ... remove it as these unit can create low voltage problems for laser printers.
If the problem persists ( and there's a 50-50 chance it will) my 20+ years experiance with HP printer says you need a new scanner assembly. HP Part# RM1-4724-005CN $90-$120 + installation

It may be better to replace the printer as a used one can be bought for about $250

I have a HP color laser jet 3500 printer. An error message with jam in front keeps coming up. I have done everything to clear this. Can't clear the message. Please advise. There is no jam.

When I turn on my Hp laser jet 2600n printer I keep getting the error message 55.1 what is the problem or how do I clear it/fix it up? thanks benard.

this error comes from dcc card replace them ur problem will be resolved DCC (dc controllor card)

The problem is usually caused by printing a PDF file with fonts/page size/ page formating errors which will cause the printer to display the 49.3048 error. The only way to use the printer is to POR or recycle the power and delete the print job from the server or spooling device and cancel it on the printer before the offending command is issued to the printer again. You can try updating the firmware to the latest version 46.140.5 from the HP website. MIke L.
