If it's working nothing if you need a new disk or want to download the program go tothier web site and you can do it for free. they CD will cost you shipping.
Go to Brothers web site and look for downloads or drivers. Download the drivers for your model and install them. Also if it has any software/manuals that the model uses you should find it there as well. I you already have software installed I would uninstall and reinstall the software you download.
simply go to the manufacturers web site and under the support section go to software and driver downloads ... download the driver package and follow the instructions supplied. Most printers require the software to be installed before hooking up the printer cable
what all have you lost? most of the time the right drivers are all ready on the computer if it come as a pagage deal most of the time the cables are easy to find. the only problem is how it is powered some have a proady power supply.
the drivers are most of the time are on the printer mafasture web site sometimes you have to go there anyway for a update.
