Maybe could help you if you should explain what do you mean by those "spears" you need for your microwave. I've used about 5 - 6 microwaves in last 20 years but don't recall any accesory called "spear"
A spear is a pole weapon consisting of a
shaft, usually of wood, with a pointed head. Spears can be divided into two broad
categories: those designed for thrusting and those designed for throwing.
There is a clip on the outboard forward corner of the light assembly that looks like a spear point. Look at the new assembly and check for the spear point. Now look at the hole in the body that the spear point is supposed to fit into. There may be a broken off spear point still lodged in the hole from the previous broken assembly. You will have to push/pull this old spear point out of the hole so the new spear point clip will fit properly. Also, note that as you line up the new assembly, you will have to push it forward into place---the spear point will snap into the hole in the body and the assembly will be flush fit.
