My htc smartphone it will power up for a sec & then it makes the cricket sound & then it goes back to htc in white powered by angriod & its stuck on that screen HOW DO I FIXED IT PLEASE

Solution is as follows:
1)press power button and green and red button and volume button all at the same time
2) put little stick into reset hole
3) press joinstick center button while holding down all the other buttons and the reset button
4) keep in this position for 10 seconds
5) let go and hold your breath
6) turn on phone as per normal

If this does not work. Send phone to HTC and tel them not to bother with a repair or refund
