When I turn on the unit I have to push the impeller with a stick to start running then after 30 mins it stops and have to turn off the unit

Is your Saniplus humming or motor spinning slow or not at all?

It is likely the internal motor control capacitor - It is the most common replacement part for these units and a fairly simple DIY although you will need rubber gloves and bleach.

I have posted repair instructions for the Saniplus here:

Rmove the upper steering column bezel. (pull up)
remove the lower left bezel (7mm)
Remove the ign switch. (t15 torx IIRC)

Install reverse of removal.

To relearn passlock, turn the key to run, then turn back to ACC. Leave like that for 10 mins, do again, then do again. Takes about 30 mins to complete. When 3 cycles complete, turn off car completely for at least 30 seconds. then start car.

Also, if car is a stick, make sure to push clutch when attempting to "start" at beginning of each cycle.

I’ve been having this issue on and off for about two years now. There’s a pretty easy fix, or at least patch, since this issue will come back from time to time. Unplug everything, the power-cord from the wall outlet and the aquabot from the power supply. Turn the aquabot upside down and leave it alone for 5-10 min do any stored power completely drains. After 5-10 min plug everything back in and turn on the power supply with the robot still upside down. It will go through a test phase where it will spin both directions and various speeds. This will last about 30-40 sec. Once the test is over, turn it off, put it in the pool and turn the power back on. It should work properly. If the test phase only lasts a few seconds or more that 2 min. Unplug everything, wait a little longer, and start over again.

This unit has a hydraulic bulb and closed sytem to establish when the unit is hot. If the flame goes out and the heat stops the gas will automatically turn off because the pressure drops on the protection device. Same reason you have to hold a button (the fuel flow) to start the unit. You need a new one. www.reddyparts.com should be able to supply it. Let me know how this works out.

I took the file on a nail clipper and turned the impeller inside the unit. Remove the cleaning fluid from the unit. Turn the unit upside down, On the part that sticks into the large hole of the fluid reservoir you'll see the impeller. Just turn it it enough to dislodge any whiskers and try it again. Worked for me. Good luck

check for 12v constant at your fuel pump if you are not getting that replace your relay.
if you are getting 12 volts at your fuel pump the fuel pump is possible to run tuel it gets warm then shut down to a lower rpm I would then replace the fuel pump

Try a self test...Flip the unit upside down on the ground, tracks 'up towards the sky' and trun it on. It should run for about 30 seconds during which it will cycle through various track and impeller motions.

If it completes the test, try it in the water again.

dont do anything!the watch needs service.perhaps somehow the watch fallen in a hard surface and something moved or broke in the balance wheel.the hairspring the pallet or the wheel have serious damage.to have your watch healthy wateresistance and accurate try to find a seiko authorized service center to repair your watch!
