If you are reading 400 volts coming into the unit, call electric company. You should only have 220-240 from your power lines. Anything over that will burn out unit. P.S. In my opinion Carrier Units are the best and longest lasting when properly maintained.

I'm planning to buy and use the cozy toes heating mat on 220-240 v electricity. Would that work fine with one purchased from the USA?

you will have to check the voltage before purchase because the usa voltages are different from ours they use 110v 60hz we use 230v 50hz
you would have to by a transformer if it was 110v 60hz but some exported usa appliances are 220v and will be ok you will have to check before you buy i

My type 30 slows down when the tank pressure reaches close to 100 psi.. motor is new as this caused old one to burn up,, what can it be?

1. Are you sure the motor is wired for the correct voltage? If you have 230V 3PH,Make sure that you do have 3 hot legs. you should have L1-1+7, L2-2+8, L3-3+9 and 4+5+6 connected together. If it is wired for 480V it will not have enough torque. Check rotation. There should be an arrow on pully (large one on compressor)

We require condenser fan motors for Interclisa Carrier package (rooftop) air conditioner model AAD 250 (1980's model) model. Air conditioner - supply voltage 380 Volts 50 Hz AC. Condenser fan motor voltage...

Hi, this is an odd voltage 380 volts. Is it a 3 phase unit? To get a 220 volt 50hz condenser fan motor, you will have to go through a refrigeration/air conditioning parts house and order this. 60hz you would have no problem finding one in stock. Carrier is a good unit, and have been around for many years. You shouldn't have any problems locating one.
Sincerely,
Shastalaker7
PS You will need to go through a wholesale parts house.

A.C not giving cooling

Either the unit is really dirty or it is low on refrigerant. Difference in voltage is fine. I would suggest that you clean the unit thourghly and then retry. If it doesn't cool and the compressor is kicking on, then its low on refrigerant.

Covert 230V 50Hz to 230V 60Hz

To convert to 50Hz will be expensive as the Aircon needs alot of startup power. You could ask maker if 50Hz will be ok, usually motor will run slower so unit will be less efficient, alway check with maker. Or try supplier to see if they will exchange for what you ordered first.
