If the device was bought brand new then there is no reason to ask for a password unless you are setting it up and the password is for security reasons. If the device was bought used, please contact the previous owner and ask for the password.

Hi , if you have the operating system the computer came with , you need to put it in your cdrom or dvd player and open the disk to see all the files and folders , ther is where you should find a driver folder , open that up and look for your touchscreen driver and reload the driver , if this doesnt work let me know so i can advise further ..............................Goodluck Roy
