Have you tried a different monitor?

If it doesn't work only in the Bios, it could be that the monitor you are using doesn't support the resolution required to display the bios.

Do you have any results using a second monitor?

Why won't my Toshiba Satellite L655 laptop connect trough HDMI anymore?

Check your settings, both bios and display, for the display priority.Either the settings has been set to inbuilt display and thus cant display on external monitors or the external monitors have been disconnected in bios settings

Crashed HD and now way to get to BIOS or BOOT SEQ.

When you power-on the computer, does anything display, such as the amount of RAM, or "press DEL to enter BIOS setup"?

If not, then you have a hardware-problem with your computer;
the "good-news" is that the data on your hard-drive is OK.
If you connect the hard-drive to another computer, you can "rescue" your data-files.

Cant get accesss to the configuration window

In order to get to the AP, and assuming you just plugged it in, you need to put everything in the 192.168.0.x domain. The AP defaults to 192.168.0.50, so you need to make sure that the router gives out IP addresses that does not include 0.50, or change the IP address of the AP. Likewise, the computer you are trying to log into the AP needs to start in the 192.168.0.x domain, with x being anything but the gateway address (normally 1), or 50.

My guess is you have a router built into the modem and it is giving out different addresses. You can set your network address by hand to be 192.168.0.pick a number like 5 and plug into the ethernet port of the AP (may need a crossover) to get to it.

Post back and let us know what you found.

Continous beep every 6 seconds

There is either a problem with your memory or your BIOS settings. Did you recently change any settings in your BIOS? If so try resetting it. You may refer to the motherboard user Guide for help regarding resetting your BIOS/CMOS settings. If you cant find it you may also try to remove the CMOS battery on your motherboard for a few hours and then connect it back this should have reset your BIOS.

If you are sure you havent changed any settings then there may be a problem with your RAM or the slot in which the RAM is connected. Check it by using a spare slot on your comp. If it does nt work then you may have to replace your system RAM.

Hard disk problem

Change the other HDD to either Cable Select or SLAVE.

Then make sure you partition it correctly, Windows does a decent job at it.

Right click on My Computer, go to Manage, then under storage, click on Disk Management; you should see the HDD here.
