I need help to set up my cell phone, girl yesterday wiped everything out, can you help set me back up?

if you have security on hand set contact them and ask them to wipe phone and also go contact your sim provider and ask them before the bills start coming in ,sim provider should be able to lock phone .

The best way to go about this issue is to hard reset your phone. But please do take note that doing so will wipe the data in your device. Once this is performed, everything will be set back to factory settings including the security code or lock code.

I would think not, i'd say memory may be filled up and the phone cannot load and store it's data so it keeps boot-looping you hopefully have your contacts on the cloud or backed up to a sdcard. If so you can do a hard reset this Will Wipe the phone settings out! Press the volume up and down together and prrss power when the lg logo pops up release power, The phone shuld prompt you to erase everything pressing power confirms and the phone is wiped to factory. If you have trouble try googling how to reset lg esteem but this shuld work. But sadly all data is gone afterwards. Good luck.

Not too sure unless I saw it but sounds like it might be a software issue.
You can try to do a Security Wipe of your handheld and see if that cures it.
Keep in mind you need to back everything up before you do that since everything (email, contacts, calendar, pictures) gets cleared and restored to factory settings.
Backup with Blackberry Desktop Manager:

1. Open the Blackberry Desktop manager
2. Plug in the USB cable to your phone and computer
3. Click Back up now

Wipe the Blackberry:

• 1. Go to Options
• 2. Security Options
• 3. General Settings
• 4. Click Menu button
• 5. select Wipe Handheld
• 6. type in blackberry to proceed

Try the camera now. If the camera is still not working then it might be faulty hardware and should be covered under warranty (assuming you did not damage the phone in any way)

The best thing you could do in this situation is a Master Reset. The master reset will wipe everything on the phone but restore everything back to factory settings. If you want to reset the phone dial ##7780# then type in the factory pin which is 12345. This will wipe the phone completely.

For BlackBerries, all you can do is either soft reset it or to completely wipe the phone. Here's what you need to do:

1. Remove the battery from the back of it while the phone is turned ON.
2. Leave the battery out for 5 minutes and put it back it.

This is how to soft reset the phone. But if you would like to completely wipe it, you need to back up the files first using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager before wiping it. Because wiping the phone will completely erase everything.

Here's how:

1. Go to Options > Security > General Settings...
2. press the BlackBerry button and there's an option to wipe it.

If you would like to erase everything from the 8310 and set everything back to factory defualts: First Remove your memory card, if you have one and then:

Click Options, Advanced Options, Security, General Settings, Wipe Handheld. It should prompt you to actually type in the word "blackberry" and then will erase everything from the phone and set everything back to factory defaults. You will need to activate the phone again through your carrier if you would like to continue using it. Hope this helps!

you don't have to do the complete master reset..this happened to me yesterday and i did 'reset settings'. it works as well and you dont have to move any of your files. :)
