you need to get pressurized air and blow the vents to remove dust particles causing over heat. Or if possible remove keyboard to expose cooling fan and chip and use pressurized air to blow off dust
If you referring to the message when you open up internet explorer. You need to go to the setting of your browser and go to connections. Select never dial a connection. If this message is from a program. Have it disabled first.
