Moto q9h speakerphone works, can't hear ringtones or any sounds

Hold down the scroll wheel on the left side while in windows media player, hold it down till a volume bar comes up, make sure that its all the way up by rolling the wheel up

My Motorola Q9h stopped producing sounds today. I can use the speakerphone to listen to calls however, I can't hear any ringtones or audio files. No audio with Windows media player either. I have checked all settings and rebooted a couple to times, nothing. The vibrate function still works and I can listen to calls normally (speakerphone off). Please help. thanks
