well I am glad your super bronco doesnt run when it is not running....that's a good thing no? Are you trying to say the engine only runs at a reduce idle speed ? check your throttle linkage . Ensure the hand throttle lever is not binding and is acually moving the butter fly valve on the carburator

-You have to shift to Neutral before it can roll free.

should be 80 and above but should start at 60, but have low power, you may need valve, ring work

There is a tennsioner for the belt that you can loosen up to remove the belt. There is a screw that loosens up the belt tensioner.
