If you really want to loose your tummy, do the following easy exersise (if You are not asthamic) any one
1. Climb Stairs 10 to 15 times a day. Start with 5 times then increase it by 2 times daily that is
1st Day= 5 times
2nd day= 7 times
3rd Day= 9 times ..... and so on. till day 10. Increase it to 20 times a day and then stop increasing vut continueing your exercise. In 35 days You will feel the difference in your tummy.
2.Cycling: Lay down straight on your back with your hands under your head. And in air use your legs like you are cycling in air... Start this with 5 mins daily and proceed it to 20 mins daily.
It will take you a month and you will feel your tummy loose as faster as any other procedure or machine using exercise.
