I just Want know about the Magnesium Transcutane oil.
Interesting... Transcutane oil (why not)
Magnesium is a critically important nutrient... and as an old
admirer of medicine... magic elixirs... snake oil... (etc.)
and our eternal QUEST to find easy cures...
Magnesium actually makes sense (see Web-MD below)
However it is always best to let your health-care providers know what you are doing to yourself... When Beta-carotene was popular... one of my dearest friends actually turned himself ORANGE...
My point: MODERATE your (OUR) behavior ...
I rely heavily on web/md... and wiki
and a couple of doses of common sense... If it works for you
and your KIDNEY is capable of clearing any excesses... I would place it above all those stinky heat (Blue Ice & Absorbine Jr) things people rub all over themselves...
My muscles are the first thing that causes me pain (cramps) when my electrolytes get out of whack...
Absorption through the skin is not particularly effective...
So why not...??

Magnesium Wikipedia the free encyclopedia
It is a scam, like many many such claims for 'miracle' treatments. Magnesium is a metallic element which does not produce an oil by any process, and is also insoluble in oil or water. The marketed product is usually a solution of magnesium chloride in water, which has a slippery feel to it.
'Transcutane' means 'through the skin', and the magnesium chloride solution does not in fact pass through the skin much at all. If our skins were not such effective barriers, we would all become very ill very quickly. Don't waste your hard-earned money

Massage oils can play a big role in helping with muscle pain and joint
problems. I would suggest that you watch this YouTube video for a really
detailed instruction about how to give a massage to reduce lower back pain.
Obviously it's a bit hard to do on yourself, so you may need to recruit someone
to learn with you.
