Rancilio Epoca pressure seems low, espreso comes out very slow and grounds are muddy after brewing

It could also be that the solenoid is of the wrong specifications, and hence not getting up to pressure.. Have them check both the temp and pressure cutouts again..

SOURCE: Rancilio Silvia Espresso water flows too quickly about 7 seconds

1. check the coffe filter>> it could be teard up and leaking(check it carefuly it is hard to see sometimes)
   
2. check the pressure you get from group. 7 - 9 bar pressure you should get to handle. if it is biger than check by pas valve and adjust the pressure, also check up boiler security valve(security valve for water for coffee)

It is the sound of the pressure stat turning on and off, that is normal.

try adjust grinder,try go litlle bit courser ,check screen it need to be clean.

SOURCE: Reduced flow of hot water through the coffee

Check screen and diffuser for blockage, backwash machine. If you still have the noise problem, when runnig the head, then it is block at the solenoid. For the temperature, it is possible that the one of the thermostat is damaged.
