Put A4 in upper tray error

I have oki b4545 printer, every time i try to print it print one paper and give me error ((put A4 in upper tray)) even if i put paper nothing happend plz help ...

Change the printer properties to use paper from the automatic feeder tray. And, unless you are in Europe, you probably don't want to specify A4 paper. Try "letter" or some other size.

is there anyway to reset setting to Factory Defaults because i cant find that setting to change it

If you have Windows, go to the control panel. Select Devices and Printers. Find the printer in the list of devices and printers and right click it. Select Printing Preferences, and find the tab that specifies paper size, and specify the size that is in the printer.

I suspect you have sent the job to the MP ray and it wants you to put paper in it. Cancel the job and go back into the driver and make sure paper source is set to the cassette.

Special paper tray is empty error

Sounds like someone requested A4 size paper in a print job instead of the normal Letter size paper...
Try putting regular letter size paper in the bypass tray and then set it up as A4 size...the print job should then print out on that paper.

Cp305d paper size error

It may be a sensor problem When you reseat the tray it may not be actuating the paper size switches correctly. Check the paper tray and make sure that there aren't any missing or broken/bent tabs on it.

My OKI C5500 will only print from the MP tray, and will not take paper from the bottom paper tray, even though there is plenty of paper in the bottom tray. Its giving me a 490 Error message, but I do NOT...

490 error means -

LOAD mmm AND PRESS ONLINE SWITCH 490: MP TRAY EMPTY

Print job from MP Tray has been received and the MP Tray is empty.

Load the requested media (mmm) in the MP Tray and press ON-LINE.

Check your print driver settings and see if your defualt try is set for the MP Tray. Also see if the page setup for the print job is set for MP tray.

Wrong size paper error Dell 1320C

if you are printing letter size then setting the tray to a4 will produce an error... if you really need to print a4 then go into the driver and set it to print a4 and in print options set it for a4...and set the tray for a4

Oki c3400 doesn't print excel document... the error message says something like the paper size on printer (letter) is not the same sent by the application (A4)... Thanks

My Oki B4545 MFP alarm always on

Solution provided by printer manufacturer tech support which worked for me.
1. Open all doors (front & back)
2. Remove tonner
3. Turn off power
4. After 20 secs turn on power
5. Close back door
6. Insert toner
7. Close front door

Fixed now!
