The blue screen typically would have a error message on it. I would recommend hitting the F8 key once a second after turning the computer on to get the windows diagnostic menu with choices such as safe mode. If you can select this then try a system restore point to when the computer was working properly. If you are unable to have it start up by hitting the F8 key then you either have a failing hard drive or a corrupt windows.
Use a card reader to download your pics.
Then, go into the camera menu and find "reset"...follow the on-screen instructions. Then, insert the card, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions. Use the card reader to download from now on.
Try Initializing the Camera. To initialize the Camera. First, press the Home button to display the Home menu. Then, select the Settings option in the Home menu. Then, select the Main Settings1 under the Settings option and set the Initialize under the Main Settings1.
If the issue still persits after initializing the Camera. Try Power Resetting the Camera. To Power Reset the Camera, first turn OFF the CAmera and remove the battery pack from the CAmera. When I turn on my TV
it goes straight to the menu screen. You can still hear sound but no
picture. When I try to exit you see the picture for about a second then
it automatically flashes back to the menu screen. Even if I try to use
the functions in the menu screen it flashes right back to the main menu
screen. Very frustrated...need help!
The camera mechanism is probably malfunctioning, and the phone switches you back to the main menu.
