Westinghouse LTV-19w3: Blue power light is on in the front, but no picture, even the menu wont come up, its just blank.

try ebay if you search for your model number on there you should be able to find it

The backlight inverter board may have gone out, or it is not getting the 24vdc from the power supply module. Please see the pictures here:

tuner might be bust

While the TV is on do the following:

1. Press the "Right Arrow" button on the remote.
2. Press the "Left Arrow" button on the remote
3. press the number keys in order, 1-9

I believe you are in the TV's service menu and the Blue/Green/Black are just test patters. If so, pressing these keys will eventually change the pattern..

Get to the main page of the service menu and press the [power] button on the remote.

i can get a power supply for 45.00 . it will work. when you get it , whenever you turn off your LTV193W, unplug the power supply . the box will get hot even with the television off. let me know if you want one. thanks.

use the remote and reset the tv to the factory setting if I remember correctly its 2882 on the remote you might look it up in your manual to make sure

power supply first one...second one input hdmi pcb defective..

We had the same problem with our Westinghouse LTV-19w3. Has anyone found a solution? I'm thinking it is the power supply box and cord but haven't invested in a new one yet.
