I have a ZTE Boost Mobile phone and my screen will not let me swipe it to unlock it and I would like to know what to do to fix the problem. My volume and power button works but that is it.

First check your TOUCH pad working or not if not than its Hardware problem, replace Touch pad and check it out. if not working than try to hard reset by switches

  1. Turn off your phone.
  2. Press and hold Volume Up + Power at the same time for a few seconds.
  3. Release held keys when you see Recovery Mode.
  4. Then press Volume Down to select option "Wipe Data/Factory Reset", and press Power button to confirm.
  5. Well done!

unfortunately you cant...you have to take it in and have it reset..if your service provide it..if you have a home phone call your service pro and they can asst you..if you have patients..lol

Not all Boost are iden. In fact most use the Nextel GSM.

will not work with boost mobile, (even if it is unlocked) you might be able to use it with boost mobile cdma, which uses sprint service. they no longer advertise this service, but still accept new users. give boost a call and ask them for the boost mobile cdma number

it seems as if your phone may/may not have a virus on it however you can reset the phone in its bootloader (normally hold down the power and volume down keys at the same time to reach to the phone's bootloader and reset the phone from there by clearing all the data on it)
