I have a rational 3 phase combi oven fault when it is switched on it works OK for 20 or 30 minutes then it trips I have to reset it also seems that oven fan is not working model cd 61 nsf

Water is filling too slowly. Most likely a bad y1 filling solonoid valve.

Either you have scale buildup on the water level probe or a faulty filling valve.

You have a defective mode switch

The motor should start as soon as the door is closed.
to check the motor, I need to know the s/n. Some motors use contractors, others use electronic motor control.

The compute Doe t see the motor. Probably the motor is no more good.

First check fuses, then check your donut transformer located at bottom of oven behind water line area

your oven is electric yeah? the hot air element shouldnt be glowing like that, it glows with the door open? the oven has a over temp stat so if the oven got too hot then it would trip out, if it does then the solid state relays will have to be changed, but if it carries on as normal then shouldnt worry
