I was playing my Ipod nano . It worked fine, until I tried to change the songs. All of a sudden I couldn't hear anything and now there is no sound on my Ipod. I press play and the timer, showing the song is playing isn't moving. I press play and it just says now playing on the screen. Sometimes when I keep my finger on the play button, the songs switches by itself and yet my finger isn't on the play button. Has anyone get any ideas why this happened and what should I do?

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

My mp3 player won't download my music files

What you should try is backing up your unit, if there are songs from any other source on your player
other than the one main computer you use.

Determine whether the entire load is less than 2 GB and if so, then reformat your MP3 player to make
use of space from songs which, though deleted from your player, (such deletions only decapitate the
file header) still may occupy significant disk space which is at a premium on your player.

Totally reinstall your player and then load your music onto same, leaving some headroom (some portion
of 2 GB i.e. 100 to 500 MB) on your player to allow for streaming of your music, which will enhance your
enjoyment of same.

Remove the DRM encryption by buying DRM Removal software (I have not found a free one that still works).

Otherwise, you will have to download only non-DRM protected songs.

Owners manual and startup disk for red ilo mp3 player

The good thing is you don't need a disc, the alernative way to put music on it by using "My Computer", simply plug the mp3 player into the computer then click on "Start" - "My Computer" then look for the mp3 player on there usualy named as "Removable Disk" then double-click on that and it will open your mp3 player now simply copy and paste the music into there and it will put it on your mp3 player, now remove your mp3 player from the computer then you will have music, enjoy.

Good luck. Hope my solution was helpful in some way. Further problems just leave a comment on here and i will get back to you a.s.a.p.
