guy shows 3 way but the 3rd way is a factory reset meaning you loose every thing in your phone

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.

You can try Pressing the emergency call at the bottom of the screen.
2. Input (star key)983(star keyl)987spawn key .the phone will go to the factory reset interface, and then press "Erase everything" (Don't check Erase SD ard). Finally, the phone will reboot by itself and there is no unlock and password any more after the phone is on.
Note:All your personal information would get deleted.

  • Method (1): Backup PIN & Google Account.

  • On the pattern locked screen, click on the "forgot pattern" button .
  • You will be asked to enter Backup PIN & Gmail ID & password that was being used in the phone
  • Phone will be unlocked once you have provided Backup PIN ,Google account ID and correct password.
  • Note: No user data will be erased in while resetting pattern with above method
  • Method (2) : Pattern unlock with hard reset.
  • If you do not remember Backup PIN or the Gmail ID & Password details or you has not logged in with his Gmail ID then you should perform hard reset.
  • Note:This method will erase all user data and settings from the phone. and process is irreversible.
  • Make sure phone is Powered Off.
  • Press & Hold the "Volume Down Key (V-)" and "Power button" altogether
  • As LED at the bottom of the phone lights up, Release both pressed keys (V- and Power key)
  • Just after releasing the keys, press & hold "Home" key for about two seconds.

I had the same problem with my galaxy j7, I forgot the login password to get in to my phone. I tried a hard factory reset to manufacture settings. I had contacts and photos backed up with google account, so it was okay to erase and reset the phone. The login password was gone and the phone started like i had just bought it, but then I ran into another problem. My google user account was still logged in when I reset the phone. Androids and googles Factory Reset Protection was activated and a message said "an unauthorized attempt to factory reset was detected, please login with the original user email and password". I forgot the screensaver password and google account password I was still locked out of my phone. Two options I had then was the local phone repair store (boost mobile was going to charge 40$ to unlock my phone) recommended to try this first. The other option was to reset google account password and login to email from another computer for password verification and wait googles 72 hour FRP lockout to use new password to login. So if I understand you correctly you have attempted to access your Google account and after too many attempts you are locked out, correct?
Step 1. Goto http://www.google.com/ click on "Sign In"
Step 2. Click on "Can't access your account..."
Step 3. Follow the steps to restore your account, they are quite simple.

If you have a Kindle that is locked and you forgot the password, you have to do a full restore using Kindle Fire First Aide, this is the only option for a locked Kindle.

Hard reset instructions
Contact the tablet manufacturer, I guaranty the reset in the manual is like a re boot only. The manufacturer will have another way to reset the device and it will erase all apps and saved date and bring it back like it just came from the box. Only the manufacturer has this HARD reset.
